Sheilla holds a degree in Business Administration and Management, as the administrative coordinator in charge of administration and customer service at Sky Reinsurance Brokers, she oversees a range of important functions that are essential to the smooth running of Sky Reinsurance Brokers.

She is responsible for managing all aspects of the administrative functions of our business, including overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing procurement systems, and developing and implementing policies and procedures that help us run efficiently and effectively.

In addition to her administrative duties, she also responsible for overseeing our customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service possible, and that we are meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations at every stage of their engagement with us.
