New Management Positions
Joseph Iranya- Dip CII
Joseph has worked for the insurance industry in Uganda with an experience spanning over 7 years. He has worked for Local, Regional and International Brands such as Goldstar, ICEA General Insurance Ltd and AIG Uganda Limited where he has held various roles in Underwriting and Management. Joseph’s experience cuts across Property & Casualty underwriting to Reinsurance.
Joseph holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science and a Diploma with the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK). He also currently serves as facilitator with the Insurance Training College of Uganda on the Diploma in Insurance Program (Reinsurance and Property Insurance) and has also co-authored a Book on Reinsurance (ABC of Reinsurance).
Joseph has most recently joined as a Senior Reinsurance Broker at Sky Reinsurance Brokers Ltd the second licensed local reinsurance broker in Uganda offering diverse alternative risk solutions with focus on reinsurance with markets in Uganda, East Africa & London among others.

Janat has worked for 3 yrs in the insurance industry in Uganda.
Janat works for Sky Reinsurance Brokers Ltd the second licensed local reinsurance brokers in Uganda offering diverse alternative risk solutions with focus on reinsurance with markets in Uganda, East Africa, the London among others. Janat also worked with Prudential Uganda
Janat ‘s experience is in areas of Claims and operational management in Insurance.
