Professional Experience:
Janat Barakat Nakimuli brings over 5 years of experience in the insurance industry Of Uganda, with a focus on operational management, claims management, reinsurance, and underwriting.
Janat works with Sky Reinsurance Brokers Ltd, the second licensed local reinsurance brokers in Uganda. In this role, she has gained extensive experience in diverse alternative risk solutions, with a focus on reinsurance broking. Her responsibilities included managing claims, operational management, and recently, practicing in the underwriting space.
Janat served as an agent for Prudential Uganda, gaining valuable insights into sales and client relations within the insurance sector, she also worked as an Assistant Office Administrator at The International Hospital of Kampala, where she developed organizational and administrative skills.
